When will my items arrive?

Each piece of Accentuality jewelry is individually handcrafted, so please allow ample time for your piece to be made to its specifications. After we receive your order, you will receive a confirmation email stating order status. If you need your jewelry before a certain date, please email us BEFORE you order to ensure it will arrive on time.


Secure ordering & payment options

Payment for jewelry can easily be made by credit card through our secure online shopping cart. Any email addresses provided in your online account will not be shared or used for any purpose other than to email you a confirmation, or to contact you if there is a problem with your order.


Returns & refunds

Accentuality can accept returns on merchandise purchased through our website up to 7 days after shipment, for exchange or merchandise credit only. You must email us prior to returning the merchandise to acquire a Return Authorization number.  The RA number will be valid for 14 days after it has been issued.  All packages postmarked after the 14 day period will not be accepted for return.  If you have any questions about any of the items featured on our website, including length, size, or materials, please email us and we will be happy to help! No refunds or credits on special or custom orders, including lengthening or shortening of pieces. Wholesale orders may only be returned up to 7 days after goods have been shipped.  If you feel you need to return an item from your wholesale order, please contact us for a Return Authorization number prior to return.  All returned wholesale merchandise past the 7 days, or without an authorization number, will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.


Need to repair an item? We stand 100% behind our work!

Accentuality stands 100% behind our products! We will provide free repairs on any merchandise purchased through our website for up to one year from purchase date. Customer will be asked to email us a photo of the damage in order to assess if the item is able to be repaired.  Customer is responsible for all shipping charges. After one year, a minimal repair fee may apply. Please email us to for instructions on how to send your jewelry for repair.
